250 grams tenderloin beef
1 small can (80 grams) liver spread
1 tsp black pepper
4 cloved garlic chopped
1 small onion sliced
2 mdium sized potatoes, squared
1 samll green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup tomoto sauce
2 tbsp calamansi juice extract
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp cooking oil
Marinate beef in a deep mixing bowl with the soy sauce, calamansi extract and black pepper mixture for at least an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onion. Saute until onion is soft and translucent. Add marinated beef. Mix well. Bring to a boil and add tomato sauce while stirring constantly. Add water and let boil for half an hour.
Add potato, green bell pepper and liver spread. Let boil for a few minutes until potatoes are cooked.
Adjust seasoning and turn off heat when potatoes are cooked.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
