- 500 grams all purpose flour
- 200 grams white sugar (optional brown sugar)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 175 ml evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence or vanilla extract
- Sesame seeds about 1 cup
- cooking oil for deep frying
Cooking Method:
- In mixing bowl, add in: oil, milk +vanilla extract
- In another bowl, Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the flour mixture to the mixing bowl and knead them until they stick together as dough. Mix thoroughly, but do not over mix.
- Scoop the dough and form into a round ball and roll it in a sesame seeds.
- Heat the oil in a medium heat, then fry them. Drain excess oil using sifter or vegetable drainer tin.
- Serve and enjoy.
