Beef Tapa

Make your own using this Beef Tapa recipe with no preservatives. So easy to make and the favorite of my family. The Filipino breakfast ” TapSiLog”.

Ingredients:
900 grms beef chuck,sliced thinly
1/2 cup lemon/kalamansi juice or vinegar if not available.
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 head garlic, minced
Cooking oil, for frying

Procedure:
Mix together all the ingredients except the cooking oil. Blend well to coat beef thoroughly with liquids and seasoning.
Cover and let marinate inside the fridge for minimum of 4 hrs or overnight.
To cook, drain first the excess liquid from the marinate so the beef will fry.
Serve with fried rice, fried egg and a side of sliced tomatoes and cucumber or atchara. Enjoy!
