2 Step Crispy Tadyang

You can either use a pressure cooker or boil it to make if fork tender.
Combine 3 pounds of beef ribs (cut into small pieces) with enough water, 1/4 cup soy sauce and minced garlic in a pot, cover and boil the beef for about 1 hour until super tender.
Drain in the colander over night in the fridge to remove excess liquid.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Deep fry for about 2 minutes (make sure your cooking oil is about 375 F and fry in batches)
Remove and place in plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve with your dipping sauce – Ako I make my sawsawan with toyo, suka, chopped garlic and onion with sili.
